Hi there!
Today I've started walking with Leslie Sansone (LS) for about 15 minutes and 1 mile.
It's amazing how 15 minutes of walking are enough to raise my heartbeat and make me sweat!
And burn out some of the calories I've put with chinese food yesterday and the day before... =/
Here's the first part of LS "Walking in Your Living Room":
P.S: I've just lost about 0,5 in of waist-size perimeter! =D

Finally I'm getting better... just some coughing now.
I feel sad for not having done any exercise this week... but it isn't all lost, I'm doing well at my own soft drink challenge, just 2 months and 1 day to go...
Yesterday I went out for lunch with L., my sweetheart, and I've almost ordered a peach iced tea but luckily I've remembered my challenge on the last minute and I drank water. Sometimes it's hard to break the habit! I'm so used to ordering the same drink at the restaurant..
I keep following Shanti (antyshay) on YouTube and I have found out the "Below the Yellow Line" show where two friends, Jason and Shanti, have one goal:
They are really inspiring people!
You can sign up here for a free Lose It! the iPhone and ipod device on the web. I'm using it since yesterday and it's really cool and easy. You can add your meals and snacks and it draws instantly a graph showing you the calories you've already eat and the yellow line which you have to stay below to lose weight.
See ya! xxx

Inspiring me
There are some people and tv shows that inspire me keeping my diet and trying to get fit: the well known Dr.Oz. (I just love him and so his books) and "The Biggest Loser" show. On youtube I also "met" some inspiring people and I'm still finding out more...
I've just seen the first two youtube videos of antishay and we've got soooo many things in common! On the first video she actually shows her tummy and it's unfortunately like mine. Actually I'm not an overweight person but I don't have muscle either, it's all fat in my tummy, my arms and legs, on my but and hips (well, everywhere...). I don't have a long way to run on the scale (about 22 pounds to lose) but I do have on the measuring-tape... my waist size is 96cm (37,8 inches) and I want to drop down to 82,5 cm (32,5 inches).
I'm at the start of getting fit by eating right, exercising and learning how to control my emotions instead of eating tons of chocolate to hide them (this is my goal, dropping pounds will be a natural consequence). I don't like flat body's too and I think that a girl with curves is more atractive than a girl with a flat body or a lot of muscles...
I don't eat junk food anymore and I'm now taking my own soft drink challenge (very similar to Dr. Oz's 28-day national soda challenge).
I'm trying to eat 1400 to 1500 kcal a day. This week I've got a cold so it's being difficult to stick to that... it's just tea, cereals at breakfast and not much more... (I always get sick when I start an exercise challenge - it seems that my body likes to test my determination).
I'm going to post my weekly weight loss (or gain) on the blog and my monthly waist size too.
So, feel free to comment, join me... and correct my english (lol)!

First day was pretty easy!
I have only drank soy milk at breakfast, water at lunch and a orange juice before dinner.
When I was having dinner my mother asked me if I wanted to drink a peach soft drink and I've felt tempted but my inner voice was stronger than that.
So, I've just completed day one! 65 to go! =D

Water
Water, water, water!
There isn't a reason for you not to drink it. There are tons of reasons to do it.
There's no excuse: keep a bottle in your bag, keep a glass near when you're working.
Plan? Drinking water instead of soft drinks and beverages, starting Oct.19 and ending Dec.25, - they say it's enough to make it a habit.
