Four days ago I’ve finished my cookies and salty pouf pastry challenge. Unfortunately when I went on vacations – I visited Tomar (Portugal) - I forgot about it and ups… too late! I had already eaten some… But there is a good new! I have accomplished the salty pouf pastry! Yeah!
So (re)starting today the cookie challenge!
